ICT System & Cloud Engineer (m/f/d)
Our Rocken partner is a leading competence centre for psychiatry and psychotherapy. The company offers comprehensive psychiatric care, ranging from early detection to outpatient and inpatient treatments and rehabilitation. In addition, our Rocken partner is committed to specialised psychiatric care as well as education and research.
Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, optimise and continuously develop ICT infrastructures and ensure their availability, stability, performance and security
Administer and further develop Microsoft environments, especially Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
Manage, optimise and ensure the reliable operation of virtualisation, storage, backup and recovery solutions
Analyse complex faults in 2nd and 3rd level support, resolve them sustainably and systematically identify causes
Participate in infrastructure projects, migrations and technical rollouts, implement new solutions and further develop existing systems
Develop, implement and continuously improve existing security architecture together with internal teams and external partners by means of ICT security measures
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science (EFZ, HF, FH or equivalent) and several years of professional experience as an ICT System Engineer or in a comparable role
Sound knowledge of Microsoft technologies, especially Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
Experience with virtualisation, server, storage, network and cloud infrastructures
Good knowledge of backup, recovery, monitoring and IT security as well as experience in securing and monitoring ICT environments
Independent, structured and responsible working style with pronounced analytical, problem-solving and initiative skills
High customer and team orientation, appropriate communication skills and very good German and English skills; additional language skills are an advantage
