Independent planning and modelling of heating systems in CAD (BIM knowledge advantageous)
Taking on coordination and specialist site management tasks in projects
Preparation of tenders and relevant technical calculations
Participation in internal and external meetings and project sessions
Close collaboration with various specialist departments and project participants
Responsibilities:
Completed training as a building services planner specialising in heating EFZ
Sound knowledge of CAD programmes and IT systems
Strong team skills and reliable support of project managers
High willingness to learn and continuous development
Ability to maintain an overview even in complex situations
Confident German language skills
Qualifications:
As a building services planner for heating systems, you independently plan and model in CAD, with BIM knowledge being an advantage. You take on coordination and specialist site management in projects, prepare tenders and necessary calculations, and are active in various internal and external project meetings. You work closely with other specialist areas to implement projects efficiently and smoothly.
