Carpentry Estimator 100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Carry out
  price studies and prepare offers
• Analyse
  tender documents and the technical aspects of projects
• Evaluate
  costs, risks and execution variants
• Work
  closely with project managers, technical teams and
  external partners
• Participate
  in negotiations and the follow-up of strategic files
• Contribute
  to process improvement and optimisation of project profitability
• Provide
  your technical and financial expertise during important decision-making
  processes

Profile

• Higher technical education in the field of wood, carpentry, fit-out or equivalent field
• Proven
  experience in estimating, price studies or project management
• Excellent
  understanding of technical and financial issues
• Autonomous,
  proactive and solution-oriented personality
• Ease
  in communication with clients, partners and internal teams
• Sense
  of responsibility and overall business vision
