Responsibilities:
- Fiduciary services: Independent execution of fiduciary tasks, including the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns.
- Client support: Personal advice and support of clients in tax and fiduciary matters.
- Optimisation of business processes: Identification of efficiency improvement potentials and implementation of optimisation measures.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and standards in the fiduciary area.
- Development of services: Active participation in the development of new services in the fiduciary sector.
Qualifications:
- Diploma as Fiduciary Expert: Completed diploma as a fiduciary expert or comparable qualification.
- Professional experience: Several years of experience in fiduciary services, ideally in a managerial position.
- Sound knowledge of Swiss tax legislation: Comprehensive knowledge of Swiss tax laws and experience in their application.
- Customer orientation: Strong customer focus and the ability to communicate complex tax matters clearly.
- Teamwork: Good team and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal departments.
