What you will achieve
- Competent and warm leadership of the operation as well as active presence and participation in guest service
- Creation of duty rosters as well as planning and organisation of special events and occasions
- Responsibility for ordering, inventory, and daily and monthly closings
- Preparation and responsibility for the annual budget as well as other administrative tasks
- Training, promotion and development of the team as well as hands-on involvement and setting accents in the right places
What you bring with you
- Completed training in gastronomy; a hotel management school or business administration further education is an advantage
- At least three years of leadership experience as well as good IT skills
- Very good German skills (C1-C2) and good English skills (B1-B2)
- Warm, dynamic host personality with pronounced organisational talent and joy in hands-on work
- Independent, self-reliant and resilient personality

Your place of work
In the gastronomy of Zürcher Kantonalbank, Steinfels location, up to 500 guests are catered for daily with a varied, high-quality offer. The operation includes a cafeteria and a lunchroom. Various special events are held.
Your team consists of a total of 15 employees, of which you are responsible for three managerial staff who are distributed across your 2 operations.
You work from Monday to Friday. You are flexibly available for special events in the evening.
