Architect / Project Manager (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, as an Architect / Project Manager, you lead project teams and coordinate all project steps from design to handover with a great deal of initiative. You support the client, ensure accurate costing, planning, as well as an efficient, high-quality, and timely execution of projects, and maintain contact with authorities and offices during the project and implementation phases.
Responsibilities:
- You lead internal project teams and coordinate all project steps from design to handover
- In this role, you independently manage projects and ensure accurate costing and planning
- As an Architect / Project Manager, you ensure efficient, high-quality, and timely completion of construction projects
- You support the client and impress with a customer-oriented approach
- In this role, you maintain contact with authorities and offices during the project and implementation phases
Qualifications:
Completed basic training as a draughtsperson EFZ
Further education as an Architect FH/HF or certified Technician HF in Building Construction
Good knowledge of MS Office and ArchiCAD
