Job Description
Declarative, legal and fiscal obligations
- Prepare and monitor declarations related to labour law obligations
- Coordinate necessary information with HR Coordinators
- Ensure follow-up of administrative and fiscal obligations related to employees on international mobility
Management of contractors
- Ensure administrative follow-up of contractors (plane tickets, visa, etc.)
- Monitor worked periods and payroll of contractors
International social protection
- Manage procedures with social organisations
- Ensure follow-up of affiliations and social protection situations of employees on mobility
- Handle specific cases related to contributions and social organisations
Retirement and pension plans
- Support administrative procedures related to retirement
- Manage requests related to pension plan withdrawals and liaise with the relevant organisations
Cross-functional support to internal teams
- Manage and update collaborative spaces on SharePoint;
- Prepare internal communications, surveys and mail merges;
- Manage a generic email inbox, mail and various administrative requests;
- Participate in organising internal events and company collective activities.
Profile sought
- You are recognised for your rigour and ability to ensure constant follow-up, with good ease in managing frequent requests through various channels.
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources, or an equivalent with a validated HR certification.
- You have at least 2 years of significant experience in international mobility and/or human resources management.
- You demonstrate responsiveness, reliability, rigour and a strong sense of customer service.
- You are fluent in French and have a good level of English (equivalent to Cambridge B2 level).
- You are comfortable with common IT tools and use them effectively.
