You take over the operation and support of IT infrastructures of the managed services customers and ensure stable operation
For service requests, incidents, problems and changes you analyse the causes and find sustainable solutions
You work closely with our engineering teams and support technical developments
You independently plan and carry out maintenance work in customer environments as well as internal adjustments
With monitoring and event management you detect disruptions early and initiate appropriate measures
Qualifications:
You have a completed IT education and practical experience in IT support (2nd/3rd level) or as a system technician
Your knowledge in operation and monitoring of LAN, WLAN and firewall infrastructures enables you to professionally support complex environments
You communicate flawlessly in German both written and spoken and have good technical English skills
