You connect business processes with modern software and want to accompany customers in their digital development? This position offers demanding ERP projects, direct customer contact and plenty of room for technical and professional design.
Responsibilities:
Analysis and optimisation of complex business processes in the ERP environment
Support of customer projects from requirements analysis to productive implementation
Development of modern solution architectures and implementation of suitable ERP functionalities
Configuration and further development of a modern ERP platform
Moderation of workshops, specialist discussions and project meetings
Translation of professional requirements into technical solution concepts
Design of interfaces, data migrations and individual extensions
Planning and execution of structured system, integration and practical tests
Creation of technical concepts, specifications and project documentation
Conducting user training and support during the introduction of new functions
Analysis of complex requirements and development of sustainable solution approaches
Assuming professional or technical responsibility for demanding customer projects at senior level
Qualifications:
Education or degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field
Experience with ERP systems and complex software solutions
Understanding of business processes and their digital representation
Experience in consulting, business analysis or application engineering
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
Confident appearance in workshops and in communication with various stakeholders
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
High quality awareness and demand for sustainable technical solutions
Initiative and enjoyment in taking responsibility for projects
Ideally knowledge of APIs, SQL, integrations or workflow automation
