Role:

You are sought as a DevOps Engineer to optimise and manage complex systems and processes. In this role, you take responsibility for the development and implementation of efficient solutions. You are responsible for ensuring the reliability and scalability of systems and applications. With your experience as a professional, you bring a deep understanding of DevOps principles and methods. You shape the future of systems and processes with your expertise and creativity.

Responsibilities:

• You design the end-to-end data exchange between applications, modules, and technical platforms.

• You further develop automated release and operational processes and simplify the deployment of complex system solutions.

• You are responsible for interface concepts, API management, and the transformation of structured information.

• You establish data pipelines, message processing, and event-driven communication involving suitable integration platforms.

• You ensure powerful development, testing, and production environments, troubleshoot technical errors, and document architecture and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

• You have a tertiary degree in computer science, an ICT vocational qualification, or an equivalent combination of further education and professional experience.

• You have several years of experience with middleware, application coupling, and the technical orchestration of distributed systems.

• You understand REST interfaces, data models, transformation logic, ETL processes, and asynchronous communication patterns.

• You master Git-based development processes and infrastructure automation and ideally have knowledge of Kubernetes, VMware, or Nutanix.

• You convince through initiative, systematic troubleshooting, and clear communication; very good German is required, additional language skills as well as experience in regulated environments or a military leadership career are advantageous.
