What you will achieve with us

• Responsible for welcoming visitors, patients
• Active care of our supplementary insured patients (before, during and after their stay)
• Patient admission outside regular opening hours
• Organising various services for supplementary insured patients
• Providing information at the counter and on the phone, telephone switchboard

What you bring with you

• Commercial clerk with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) with further training in hospitality, upscale gastronomy or tourism
• Several years of experience in front office as well as foreign language skills (French/English, Italian an advantage)
• Good IT user skills, including Microsoft Dynamics for CRM
• Willingness to work according to duty roster including weekends, public holidays and night shifts
• High service orientation, organisational skills and a neat appearance
