Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for a qualified professional for architectural planning, execution planning and digital building modelling in a versatile Swiss architectural environment. You will work on demanding new build, conversion and renovation projects in the areas of residential construction, commercial buildings, public buildings, retail and industrial construction. The focus is on the creation of building permit, working, detail and execution plans, 3D modelling with Archicad 28, as well as quality assurance of planning documents. The position combines precise building construction and CAD-supported planning with varied projects and close collaboration with architects, project managers and specialist planners.
Responsibilities:
Independent creation and processing of architectural plans for residential and commercial buildings, public buildings as well as industrial and retail projects
Development of construction project, building permit, working and execution plans across the relevant SIA planning phases
Creation and maintenance of 3D building models with Archicad 28 including model structuring, component modelling and plan derivation
Development and graphic implementation of constructive detail solutions considering building construction, materialisation and technical feasibility
Creation of detail, connection and construction plans for building envelopes, interior fittings and technical interfaces
Processing and implementation of plan changes as well as ongoing updating and revision of project documents
Quality assurance and control of planning documents regarding dimensional accuracy, completeness, compliance with standards and feasibility
Coordination and integration of specialist planner documents from structural engineering, building services and other technical disciplines
Preparation of building permit documents and technical documentation considering applicable cantonal and municipal building regulations
Support of project management in technical project processing including planning coordination, execution clarifications and constructive optimisations
Creation and maintenance of project documentation, plan directories and revision documents for construction execution and project handover
Coordination with architects, project managers, specialist planners and executing companies to clarify planning and constructive issues
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as a draughtsperson EFZ specialising in architecture
Professional experience in architectural planning, especially in the creation of building permit, working, detail and execution plans
Very good user knowledge of Archicad 28, especially in 3D modelling, component processing and digital plan creation
Sound knowledge of building construction, detail planning, materialisation and technical execution details
Experience in planning new build and conversion projects, ideally in residential, commercial, retail or industrial construction
Knowledge of Swiss SIA standards, building regulations and planning processes as well as experience in plan review and specialist planner coordination
Good German language skills in spoken and written form for planning documents, technical documentation and coordination with project participants
