An experienced IT professional is sought to support and optimise Microsoft-based workplace solutions. The focus is on central device management, securing Microsoft 365 environments and automating recurring tasks in hybrid IT landscapes.
Responsibilities:
Maintenance and expansion of policies and standards for device management with Microsoft Intune
Configuration of access policies, security standards and endpoint hardening measures
Administration and optimisation of complex Microsoft 365 tenants
Connecting local IT systems with cloud services
Support for managed services around end devices and IT security
Investigation and improvement of existing customer installations in collaboration with other technical teams
Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience in system engineering with on-premises and cloud components
Very good knowledge in building and operating hybrid environments
Solid experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 security, conditional access and device security
Interest in automation with PowerShell, Graph API or Terraform
Independent, structured working style, enjoyment of responsibility and good German language skills
