Trust Officer (m/f/d)

Our Rocken partner develops and operates an integrated platform that simplifies administrative processes between trustees and companies. The offering includes digital tools for accounting, payroll, and other finance-related services. You will work in an environment focused on technological innovation and close collaboration with partners. - Managing accounting for clients (accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger)
- Preparation of interim and annual financial statements according to national accounting standards (e.g. Swiss Code of Obligations)
- Preparation of tax returns for individuals and legal entities
- Handling VAT returns and tax declarations
- Support with payroll accounting and preparation of social security statements
- Communication with clients regarding accounting and tax-related issues
- Managing mandates in collaboration with trustees and tax advisors
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and business analyses
- Maintaining client files and ensuring complete and accurate documentation
- Assisting in the preparation of audits and reviews
Qualifications:
- Commercial basic training
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the trust sector
- Confident use of accounting software (e.g. Abacus) and MS Office
- Fluent German and good English skills (at least B1 level), additional languages are an advantage
