Role:
Our client is a specialised Swiss industrial company focusing on the development, sales, and installation of gate systems and access control systems for commercial and industrial applications. With customised solutions, technical know-how, and a high quality standard, the company supports its customers in the safe and efficient design of their buildings and operational facilities.

Responsibilities:
You manage all financial and controlling tasks and ensure proper accounting according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER.
You are responsible for bookkeeping across all account areas, monitor outstanding customer receivables, and initiate dunning procedures if necessary.
You ensure that supplier invoices are processed correctly and payments are made on time; you also handle the VAT returns.
You prepare periodic financial statements and create a meaningful liquidity overview for financial management.
You support cross-departmental projects and take on the leadership of one employee, while continuing to work operationally yourself.
Qualifications:
You have completed commercial training as well as recognised further education with a federal diploma in finance and accounting.
You convince with numerical affinity, accuracy, and resilience and enjoy working with others.
You are a committed personality who takes responsibility and also gets involved in day-to-day business.
You are very familiar with SAP and Excel and communicate flawlessly in German, both written and spoken.
