Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 105,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced architect to handle diverse building construction projects in the Winterthur region. You will accompany projects from design and planning through the approval process to execution and detailed planning and support project management during implementation. A key focus is on ArchiCAD/BIM planning, specialist planner coordination, and constructive detailing. Additionally, you will participate in competitions and studies and contribute your architectural expertise in various project phases.
Responsibilities:
Handling architectural projects across various SIA planning phases from design to execution
Development and preparation of design, planning, and approval documents
Creation and coordination of execution, working, and detailed plans
Processing of building applications and submissions to authorities in compliance with applicable building regulations
Creation and maintenance of digital 3D CAD/BIM models with ArchiCAD
Development of constructive detail, materialisation, and execution solutions
Coordination of specialist planners, contractors, and authorities as well as planning handling of relevant interfaces
Review and integration of specialist planner documents into architectural and execution planning
Support of project management in planning, coordination, and implementation of ongoing construction projects
Participation in schedule, planning, and quality control within assigned projects
Ensuring the application of relevant SIA standards, Swiss building regulations, and planning bases
Participation in architectural competitions, feasibility studies, and study assignments
Qualifications:
Completed architecture degree FH, ETH or university or equivalent higher education qualification
Several years of professional experience in architecture and building construction planning, ideally in the Swiss market
Solid knowledge in design, planning, approval, and execution planning
Very good user skills in ArchiCAD, ideally complemented by experience with BIM planning processes
Knowledge of Swiss planning and approval procedures as well as relevant SIA standards
Experience in specialist planner coordination and constructive detailing
Good German language skills spoken and written
