Sales Advisor (m/f) - Luxury Fashion

Luxury Experts is looking, for one of its prestigious clients - an iconic House of fashion and craftsmanship - for a Sales Advisor / Experienced Sales Consultant FR/ENG for its boutique located in the heart of Geneva.

YOUR MISSION

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome, advise and support a discerning clientele with a tailored approach
  
• Develop sales by cultivating a sincere and lasting relationship with each client
  
• Create an immersive experience by highlighting the products, materials and craftsmanship of the House
  
• Build customer loyalty through attentive and personalised follow-up
  
• Contribute to the operational excellence of the boutique (merchandising, cash handling, after-sales service, stock and inventory management)
  
• Actively participate in the life of the boutique and team dynamics
  

PROFILE SOUGHT

You are driven by a passion for the product and exceptional service, and you have proven experience (min. 5 years) in sales, ideally in the luxury or high-end fashion sector.
