ICT Application Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Comprehensive support and continuous development of business-critical specialist applications as well as configuration, testing and technical optimisation of the solutions used
Ensuring stable interaction between applications, end devices and other IT components as well as competent user support including on-call duties
Technical support for changes, updates and patch activities as well as structured maintenance of system documentation, operating manuals and relevant solution information
Participation as an application specialist in diverse IT projects as well as independent coordination and implementation of defined sub-projects
Qualifications:
Completed IT training at EFZ level or several years of practical experience in a comparable ICT, support or application function
Good knowledge in operation, support and introduction of specialist applications as well as understanding of the interaction between software, end devices and infrastructure
Experience with IT service processes and ideally ITIL knowledge; knowledge from complex system environments or handling specialised technical devices is an advantage
Responsible and service-oriented personality with a structured way of working, good communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with different departments
