ERP & ABACUS Support Specialist (m/f/d)
Our partner is an owner-managed IT service company and has been successful for over 25 years with the full spectrum of IT solutions. Tailored to public administrations, energy suppliers and SMEs in the service sector, our partner employs around 100 staff and impresses with excellent industry and technology know-how.
Role:
We are looking for a customer-oriented individual for the technical support of ABACUS ERP solutions. In this varied role, you combine application support with infrastructure topics and assist customers in the introduction of modern digital processes.
In addition to ongoing support, you will participate in implementations and digitalisation initiatives. Clear customer advice is just as important as structured technical execution.
Responsibilities:
Support and technical configuration of ABACUS ERP for customers
Management of user accounts and permissions within the application environment
Analysis and resolution of technical issues related to network, firewall, reverse proxy and Windows
Support in the introduction of digital solutions and workflows
Handling technical enquiries across various support levels
Documentation of solutions, configurations and technical processes
Qualifications:
Education in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
Basic understanding of Windows Server, networks and IT infrastructure
ABACUS experience is an advantage, alternatively strong motivation to learn ERP systems
Customer-oriented personality with enthusiasm for consulting and technical support
High willingness to learn, initiative and strong solution orientation
Confident German language skills and good communication abilities
