- Handling projects in general civil engineering, road construction, and utility construction
- Independently managing infrastructure projects during the execution phase
- Responsibility for site management including billing with contractors
- Ongoing monitoring of quality, deadlines, and costs in collaboration with the project manager
- Leading negotiations with clients, authorities, and construction companies
- Motivated to develop and execute infrastructure projects within a team
- Degree as a civil engineer FH/ETH/TU, technician HF, site manager HFP, or construction supervisor
- Professional experience in urban and municipal civil engineering
- Assertive personality with good organisational skills
- Goal-oriented and respectful teamwork
- Open, clear, and appreciative communication and confident German language skills
