Your Tasks
- You answer calls in German, French and Italian (English an advantage)
- You accurately record patient data in the system
- You organise appointments and coordinate callbacks for the medical team
- You work with modern communication and planning tools
- You actively participate in creating your shift schedule
- You ensure smooth reception operations within the team
Your Profile
- Experience in call centre, reception or front desk is a plus
- Very good German skills and understanding of Swiss dialects
- Fluent in French and/or English (at least B2)
- Strong service and communication orientation
- Independent, structured and responsible working style
- Confident handling of PC and digital tools
