You assist users with questions about software and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) - solution-oriented and patient.
You analyse hardware problems on laptops, desktops, servers, and printers and quickly repair defective components.
You manage internal systems such as file servers, authentication services, and network security - everything remains stable.
You install network infrastructures, update backup systems, and take care of the VoIP telephone system.
Qualifications:
You have an IT education and are well versed in Windows and macOS - Linux is also familiar to you, Solaris is a plus.
You have experience in IT support, computer repair, or a similar technical role.
You keep an overview and set priorities, even in hectic situations.
Fluent German and English skills complement your profile.
