For our client, a leading, regionally deeply rooted Swiss financial institution in the canton of Glarus, we are looking for a consultative and motivated personality for the financing business.

Your New Challenge

In this central role, you will comprehensively support your clients in all significant financing decisions. You will independently manage your own portfolio, utilise your market knowledge, and work closely with internal experts.

Your tasks:

• Portfolio Management: Independent management and development of an established private client portfolio with a clear focus on financing business.

• Comprehensive Advice: Structured advice in the areas of investment, pension provision, taxes, and estate planning with support from internal specialists.

• Relationship Building: Sustainable maintenance of customer relationships, deepening of ties, and targeted expansion of your own network in the canton of Glarus.

• Market Observation: Continuous analysis of local and regional real estate market developments to optimally assess opportunities and risks.

• Quality & Service: Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through professional and reliable support throughout the entire service cycle.

What you bring

• Education: Successfully completed commercial banking apprenticeship (EFZ) or equivalent qualification, ideally supplemented by specialised further training (e.g. financial planner, financial advisor).

• Experience: 5 to 7 years of professional experience in private financing and mortgage advice on the Swiss market.

• Personality: Negotiation skills, strong social competence, high resilience, flexibility, and personal responsibility.

• Anchorage: Strong regional ties and familiarity with the local market in the canton of Glarus.
