Responsibilities

• Your goal when leading the Convenience and Meat department? A delightful fresh and shopping experience for your customers.
• You regularly ensure restocking so that products are always available. And when the goods are on the shelf, they inspire customers to try them.
• If your customers have a question or concern, you provide competent and friendly information.
• Respect is at the heart of how you lead your team. This creates a great atmosphere.

Requirements

• Completed basic training in retail, as a meat specialist (m/f/d), cook (m/f/d) or equivalent professional experience in the Convenience/Meat sector? All these areas are suitable for this job.
• You are familiar with sales and leadership in a similar role.
• You already have product knowledge in the Convenience and Meat area? A great advantage.
• You love advising people and sharing your interest in quality products and culinary knowledge.
• Your German is very good – both spoken and written.
• You are flexible regarding working hours.
• You find it easy to familiarise yourself with new systems.
