Job description

To complete our International Order Service team, we are currently recruiting an "International Order Service Specialist". Your main activities will be as follows:

• Regular contacts and support with markets (subsidiaries, agents), freight forwarders, and the sales, stock, shipping, production, marketing, merchandising departments
• Processing customer orders, recording, initiating stock releases, invoicing, bookings with carriers, preparing export documents, and monitoring shipments
• Managing and following up customer portfolios
• Issuing credit and debit notes
• Handling cases of damage or loss
• Checking and validating invoices from external service providers (freight forwarders, CNCI)
• Participating in and monitoring projects

• Very well organised and customer-oriented, you demonstrate rigour
• Good analytical sense and curious
• You work well both independently and as part of a team
• Versatile and flexible, ready to take on challenges, you know how to manage priorities while respecting deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple markets, files, and priorities simultaneously in a demanding environment

Professional requirements

• Holder of a commercial apprenticeship certificate (CFC)
• Minimum 3 years of experience gained within an administrative department with an international dimension
• Experience in import-export
• You master SAP and common computer software, especially Outlook
• Very good knowledge of Incoterms

Languages

• Native French speaker
• Very good oral and written knowledge of English
