Role:
In this role, you will dive deep into Microsoft Copilot and automation by implementing Copilot (M365) company-wide, further developing it, and designing, developing, and operating Copilot agents and automation solutions. You systematically identify automation potentials, implement them for example with PowerShell and M365 services, and plan and conduct training and enablement measures for Copilot and Copilot Studio. In the area of Azure platform and cloud engineering, you work on building, operating, and further developing the Azure cloud platform and ensure automated provisioning, operation, and monitoring of the infrastructure through infrastructure as code with Terraform to guarantee stability, scalability, and efficiency of platform services. Furthermore, you advise and empower departments and stakeholders on Copilot, M365, and cloud, shape governance and compliance topics such as Microsoft Purview and information protection, and actively participate in incident, change, and problem management. Additionally, you support departments in the M365 environment as well as client and server infrastructure and contribute decisively to stable operations through your participation in the on-call service.
Responsibilities:
- You plan, operate, and further develop cloud platforms with a focus on Microsoft Azure and M365.
- In this role, you automate infrastructure and operational tasks, especially with PowerShell and infrastructure as code.
- You design efficient, scalable solutions around Microsoft Copilot, AI, and agent solutions.
- As a cloud and automation engineer for AI, you ensure governance, compliance, and security requirements in the Microsoft environment.
- You work closely with IT service management and support incident, change, and problem management.
- In this role, you evaluate new cloud and AI technologies and advance your own training in this future-oriented environment.
Qualifications:
- You have several years of professional experience at a professional level in a comparable role.
- You work in a structured, responsible manner and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
- You communicate clearly, professionally, and appropriately for the target audience in spoken and written form.
- You are team-oriented, cooperative, and actively contribute to common goals.
- You are confident with common digital tools and quickly familiarise yourself with new tools.
