ERP Configuration Specialist Syrius (m/f/d)
How you contribute:
- Transform professional requirements into configurable and platform-compliant solutions within Adcubum Syrius
- Responsible for the configuration and functional design of the platform
- Analyse and optimise existing configurations and settings for the continuous development of the solution
- Contribute to the technology roadmap and the strategic development of the platform landscape
- Ensure knowledge transfer within the teams as well as compliance with IT security standards and regulatory requirements
- Proactively coordinate technical and functional issues with architecture, process excellence, and other stakeholders
- Conduct functional and regression tests, accompany software releases, and ensure quality before professional acceptance
- Analyse and resolve functional incidents and problems and implement sustainable improvements
- Participate in and lead professional, technical, and procedural sub-projects related to the further development of the Syrius platform
What sets you apart:
- You have completed training or further education in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification.
- You bring several years of experience in configuring, parameterising, or further developing complex ERP platforms within the insurance/banking sector. Knowledge of Adcubum Syrius is an advantage.
- You understand the relationships between business processes, data models, interfaces, and system configurations and skilfully integrate professional objects and interfaces into system landscapes.
- You have experience with test, release, and change processes and impress with your technical curiosity and sense of quality and stability.
- You always work analytically, structured, and solution-oriented and move confidently between the business area and technology.
- You communicate appropriately for the audience, appreciatively, and on equal terms with different stakeholders. Fluent German skills in spoken and written form are required.
