• You are the first point of contact for our global sales units – for both technical and commercial questions.
• You develop international growth initiatives and accompany their implementation in the markets.
• You collect and consolidate market feedback – thereby laying the foundation for the strategic further development of our portfolio.
• You coordinate interdisciplinary sales projects and lead them to success together with various stakeholders.
• You support local sales teams at customer appointments, trade fairs and training sessions – thereby strengthening our market presence worldwide.
• You ensure with a pragmatic solution focus that our sales units act successfully and secure competitive advantages.

• A degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification – ideally complemented by business management training.
• Several years of professional experience in an international environment, of which at least two years as a technical sales engineer or product manager.
• An independent, responsible way of working – combined with flexibility and a strong customer orientation.
• An open, convincing personality with intercultural competence, team spirit, professional appearance and willingness to travel.
