With your know-how, you support users and solve hardware, software, and network issues
You manage the hybrid Microsoft infrastructure and ensure smooth operation
Challenging tasks in 2nd and 3rd level support are part of your daily routine, as is supporting the 1st level
Together with the team, you drive digitalisation projects and the optimisation of Microsoft platforms
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology or comparable qualification
Experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, and network infrastructures
Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, or identity management is an advantage
Fluent written and spoken German
