ICT Solutions Engineer (m/f/d)
Role:
You are looking for a new challenge as an ICT System Engineer where you can apply your skills and experience to develop and operate complex systems. In this role, you take responsibility for planning, implementing, and maintaining ICT systems. You are responsible for the security and quality of the systems and ensure they meet the requirements. You bring your professional experience to develop innovative solutions and continuously improve the systems. You are an important part of an agile team specialising in IT services, cloud, and transformation.
Responsibilities:
Technical support of heterogeneous customer environments including consulting and ongoing optimisation.
Implementation of demanding infrastructure projects from planning to productive handover.
Administration and expansion of virtualised data centre platforms as well as associated server services.
Realisation of network and protection architectures for perimeter, clients, and corporate information.
Further development of internal platforms, managed services, and support processes including handling complex escalations.
Qualifications:
Completed ICT vocational training or comparable technical background with relevant practical experience.
Experience with enterprise servers, hypervisors, and virtualised operating environments.
Knowledge in routing, switching, firewalling, endpoint protection, and information security.
Strong willingness to learn, self-organisation, and readiness to take on technical responsibility.
Customer-oriented demeanour, team spirit, and enjoyment of varied tasks.
