Heating and Sanitary Installer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 85,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced professional for independent service, maintenance and repair work on heating and sanitary systems. You will attend to customers directly on site, carry out systematic fault diagnostics and ensure the proper repair of building technology systems. Additionally, you will support the service management in deployment coordination and technical administration, with around 20% of the work taking place in the office. The role combines practical building technology with customer service, service documentation and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Independent execution of service, maintenance and upkeep work on heating and sanitary systems
Systematic fault finding and troubleshooting as well as proper resolution of technical problems
Carrying out repairs and restorations on heating, drinking water, hot water and sanitary installations
Inspection of fittings, pumps, valves, heat generators and other system components
Technical customer advice and on-site support during repairs, replacement solutions and maintenance measures
Supporting the service management in deployment planning, order processing and coordination of ongoing service orders
Assuming administrative tasks amounting to around 20%, especially order and service documentation
Recording and maintaining work reports, material consumption and service reports in the ERP system
Processing and updating service orders with Abacus or comparable ERP software
Coordination with suppliers as well as procurement of required spare parts and service materials
Ensuring proper execution in accordance with relevant Swiss installation and safety regulations
Qualifications:
Completed basic training as heating installer EFZ or sanitary installer EFZ
Completed or ongoing further training in service / building technology
Professional experience in service, maintenance and repair of heating or sanitary systems
Knowledge in fault diagnosis and maintenance of building technology systems
Experience with ERP systems, preferably Abacus
Good German language skills for customer service and service documentation
Valid category B driving licence
