- Analyse and clarify requirements and conditions in collaboration with the customers' specialist departments
- Set up and configure ERP applications on the IT platform
- Create technical orders for other teams (e.g. evaluations, data migrations or system integrations)
- Plan and conduct verification, functional and practical tests
- Train and support users during the introduction and use of ERP systems
- With growing experience: take on project coordination and comprehensive management of your own customer projects
- Understanding of complex software solutions and business processes
- High quality awareness and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills, team spirit and enjoyment in working with customers
- Independence, initiative and the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new subject areas
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (B2), good French skills are a big plus
- Valid category B driving licence

Tasks
After a structured induction, you will gradually take responsibility for a variety of tasks in the ERP systems area. You will work both on-site with customers, at the modern locations in Central Switzerland, or flexibly from home.- Analyse and clarify requirements and conditions in collaboration with the customers' specialist departments

Profile
- Completed basic training as an IT specialist EFZ with further training in IT (FA or HF) or a corresponding degree in computer science/business informatics (FH/University or ETH)- Understanding of complex software solutions and business processes
- High quality awareness and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills, team spirit and enjoyment in working with customers
- Independence, initiative and the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new subject areas
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (B2), good French skills are a big plus
