You oversee the device from start to finish, from electromechanical assembly to commissioning and after-sales service, becoming the electrical reference for a small workshop. Permanent full-time position, Morges region, start date negotiable.

THE COMPANY

Our client is a family-run industrial SME located near Morges, which designs and manufactures its own professional electrical equipment. The technical office, assembly, and testing are all located on a single site.

YOUR TASKS

• Be the workshop reference for electrical assembly and electrical and electronic product questions.
• Wire devices and assemble mechanical and electromechanical sub-assemblies.
• Install and update firmware.
• Adjust devices, perform functional tests and end-of-line quality checks.
• Contribute, together with the technical office, to product testing and validation.
• Occasionally ensure commissioning, diagnostics, and repairs at clients in Switzerland.
• Support the workshop manager in daily organisation.

• Occasional travel to clients in Switzerland.
• Product training upon arrival.

YOUR PROFILE

• Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as automation technician or equivalent, proven experience in industrial production.
• Proficient in wiring according to electrical diagrams; ability to draw them is a plus.
• Knowledge of electronics, comfortable with firmware and IT.
• Capable of analysing faults and diagnosing issues.
• Fluent French (minimum C1); German is a major asset but not mandatory.
• Driving licence category B.
