Role:

You don’t just want to process tickets but actively shape the workplace platform? As a Modern Workplace Specialist, you ensure that Windows clients as well as iOS and Android devices run securely, up-to-date, and smoothly. The focus is on modern endpoint management with Microsoft Intune within a Microsoft 365 (M365) environment. You consistently automate recurring processes with PowerShell. This creates a workplace that noticeably relieves users in their daily work.

Responsibilities:

• You take over the packaging of applications and provide them automatically via Intune.

• In case of errors related to enrolment, policies, deployments, or updates, you investigate the issues and resolve them sustainably at 2nd and 3rd level support.

• You continuously expand device configurations, compliance rules, and security policies for all end devices, thereby hardening the client environment.

• Furthermore, you are responsible for patch management and control update rings as well as feature and quality updates.

• You automate onboarding and offboarding processes including licences, rights, and device assignments and manage Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

• Additionally, you drive migrations, changes, and lifecycle projects forward and keep standards and operational documentation up to date.

Qualifications:

• You bring several years of experience in client, endpoint, or workplace engineering, ideally at least 3 years.

• You are confident with Windows 10/11 and familiar with Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint from an operational perspective.

• You implement concepts such as MDM, MAM, compliance, and configuration profiles confidently in Intune, as well as software deployments.

• Furthermore, you have already rolled out clients with Windows Autopilot and managed updates with Windows Update for Business.

• You think in contexts and understand how identity, security, and endpoint management interact.

• Moreover, you tackle tricky problems independently, enjoy scripting, and communicate fluently in German and clearly in English.
