Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced professional as a Building Technician HVACS for the technical building management of an established company in the Lucerne region. In this role, you ensure the reliable operation of the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration and sanitary systems at various locations. You take on the maintenance, troubleshooting and technical optimisation of the building technical systems and coordinate external specialist partners. Additionally, you participate in renovations and modernisations and manage the technical processes via a CAFM system.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the trouble-free operation of the technical building infrastructure in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration and sanitary (HVACS)
Independent execution and coordination of inspection, maintenance, repair and servicing work
Planning and execution of periodic maintenance of ventilation and HVAC systems at various operational sites
Monitoring of building technical systems as well as analysing and resolving faults and technical malfunctions
Continuous optimisation of system operation, energy efficiency and operational safety as well as maintenance of technical documentation
Management of the CAFM system, processing technical tickets and updating maintenance, system and fault data
Coordination, instruction and supervision of external specialist companies and service providers including checking the work performed
Support and technical supervision of renovation, renewal and modernisation measures on the building infrastructure
Ensuring compliance with relevant safety, operational and maintenance requirements in technical building management
Participation in maintenance planning as well as prioritisation and follow-up of technical measures
Participation in the periodic technical on-call service and independent initiation of necessary measures in case of extraordinary operational disruptions
Qualifications:
Completed technical basic training EFZ in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, sanitary or comparable training in building technology
Several years of professional experience in technical building maintenance / facility management with sound knowledge of HVAC systems
Further training in maintenance, building technology or facility management at the level of federal certificate or higher technical college is an advantage
Experience with CAFM systems, technical documentation and digital order or ticket processing
Very good German language skills spoken and written
Driving licence category B as well as willingness for periodic on-call service
Availability for on-call duties within the Lucerne region within about 30 minutes
