Requirements Profile

• Nursing qualification HF, DNII or AKP
• Several years of experience in long-term care
• Leadership experience and enthusiasm for staff development
• High social competence, organisational talent and sense of responsibility
• Very good German language skills
• Advantageous: Experience as a RAI supervisor
• Trainer course or willingness to complete it

Tasks

• Professional, organisational and personnel management of a nursing department (approx. 30 beds)
• Ensuring resident-oriented, high-quality care
• Leading and developing a team of around 20 employees
• Planning and coordinating workflows as well as duty rosters (Polypoint PEP)
• Participation in nursing including medical-technical activities
• Documentation in ePDok and nursing assessments according to RAI
• Further development of nursing and quality standards
• Supervision of apprentices and students
