YOUR TASKS
- Independent management and organisation of a station
- Compliance with and implementation of our hygiene guidelines and quality standards
- Leading staff and supporting the training of our apprentices
- Assisting in the design and development of new dishes and recipes
- Ordering fresh produce
- Irregular working hours as well as evening and weekend shifts are part of this role.
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed professional training as a cook (EFZ or equivalent)
- Experience as a Chef de Partie in upscale gastronomy
- Interest and motivation in training apprentices
- Good knowledge of German
