Versatile Kitchen Assistants
Job Description
This kitchen assistant position in Yverdon on a regular assignment, you will work in a well-structured professional environment where quality, reliability and team spirit are at the heart of daily operations. This assignment offers a respectful and educational framework, ideal for consolidating experience. The following tasks will be assigned to you:
• Preparation of vegetables, simple dishes and mise en place elements
• Assistance with plating and serving meals
• Maintaining cleanliness of premises, equipment and workstations
• Strict application of instructions given by the responsible cook
• Participation in the smooth running of service in an organised and supportive environment
Profile Sought
We are looking for a collaborator with perfect mastery of spoken and written French as well as impeccable knowledge of HACCP food hygiene and safety standards. Two years of experience are required for this position along with the following points:
• Autonomy and ability to follow established procedures
• Organisational skills and consistency in work
• Punctuality, reliability and good pace management
• Regular availability in Yverdon
