- Proactive clarification of client needs as well as advice on HR topics such as personnel planning and recruitment strategies
- Responsibility for the entire recruitment process in the technical specialist area
- Recruitment of technical specialists and identification of current market and recruiting trends
- Creation and publication of job advertisements
- Conducting structured interviews with candidates
- Active sourcing of suitable talents through various channels
- Building and maintaining your own client portfolio
- Development and maintenance of sustainable client relationships
- Participation in the optimisation of internal recruiting processes
- Ensuring a precise match of technical job profiles
- Communicative, quality-conscious personality with high initiative, commitment and goal-oriented working style
- Initial experience in personnel consulting, sales or personnel administration is an advantage
- Empathetic and professional interaction with people as well as a good sense for situations and assessments
- Fluent and negotiation-level German skills are mandatory
