Maintenance Technician

Your qualifications

• Federal VET Diploma as an electromechanic, maintenance agent or equivalent
• At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar position, ideally in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, chemical or food industry
• Regular use of MS Office software and CMMS
• Category B driving licence
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• OIBT certificate, an advantage
• Forklift and aerial work platform licences are an advantage.
• Good physical condition and stress resistance
• Good analytical and synthesis skills
• Rigour, method, reliability and respect
• Team spirit, solution orientation, flexibility and versatility
• Fluency in French, good knowledge of English (level B2)

• Organise and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance interventions on various production equipment and the building, according to ISO 9001 standards and using CMMS software
• Prepare offers and quotes with suppliers and external service providers
• Write and update various maintenance procedures and methods as well as training materials related to the role
• Manage the stock of consumables and spare parts necessary for equipment maintenance
• Ensure follow-up of various department requests via the ticketing service
• Manage recycling or resale of out-of-service or obsolete equipment
• Establish and manage an inventory of specific maintenance equipment
• Monitor projects during the introduction of new production equipment, and advise and train different sectors from a technical perspective
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and good manufacturing practices according to ISO 22716 and ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
