HVAC Overall Project Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for the planning and implementation of demanding projects in the field of heating, ventilation and air conditioning
Accompanying projects through all phases - from conception and planning to realisation and handover
Coordination and alignment with internal specialist departments, external partners, suppliers and other project participants
Monitoring of deadlines, costs, resources and proper execution
Preparation of technical calculations as well as selection and dimensioning of suitable systems and components
Consideration of energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness and sustainable solutions in project planning
Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, regulations and quality requirements
Independent handling and management of complex HVAC projects
Qualifications:
Completed higher education in building services engineering, for example as a certified technician HF or engineer FH/BSc with a focus on HVAC
Several years of experience in planning and managing HVAC projects
Sound knowledge in the technical planning and implementation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems
Good knowledge of relevant Swiss standards and regulations, especially SIA standards
Experience in coordinating interdisciplinary project teams and various project partners
Strong technical understanding as well as a structured and independent working style
Sense of responsibility and enjoyment in taking on demanding project tasks
Good German language skills, both spoken and written
