Passionate about wine? Keen to showcase a vineyard in a different way?

A winemaker and cellar master in the Geneva region, our client is developing a hospitality activity aimed at individuals and companies, centred around discovering the estate, tasting my wines, and enjoying gourmet and convivial moments.

To develop this activity, we are looking for a passionate, dynamic person with good commercial sense, who wishes to invest in a human-scale project and actively contribute to its growth.

The idea? To gradually entrust you with the management and hosting of events, while giving you real freedom to develop your own clientele and grow this activity.

Your mission

In direct collaboration with the owner, you will be responsible for organising, hosting, and developing the estate's events.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Welcoming guests and introducing the estate

• Hosting tastings

• Organising events

• Developing the clientele

• Managing communications

• Growing the activity

Your profile

More than qualifications, we are looking for personality and a genuine mindset.

You are someone who:

• Has a strong interest in and knowledge of wine and viticulture

• Enjoys human contact and knows how to welcome, tell stories, share and convey information.

• Possesses good commercial sense and feels comfortable convincing, developing a network, and building customer loyalty.

• Is comfortable with communication and social media, and shows initiative to promote an activity.

• Is autonomous, organised, enterprising, and results-oriented.

• Appreciates authentic environments and projects where they can have a tangible impact.
