Project Lead Architect (m/f/d)

Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced individual for the overall project management of demanding building construction projects of various sizes and uses. You will manage projects through all SIA phases 21-53, lead internal and external planning teams, and be responsible for achieving the defined project goals. In addition to planning and construction management, cost management, project controlling and post-calculations also fall within the scope of responsibility, as does collaboration with clients and authorities. Digital planning processes with ArchiCAD 3D and BIM form an essential part of project execution.
Responsibilities:
Independent overall project management of building construction projects of varying size and complexity
Management of projects through all SIA phases 21-53 from strategic planning to realisation
Technical leadership and coordination of internal and external planning and project teams
Responsibility for project goals, quality, costs and deadlines
Management of project organisation, planning processes and decision-making
Direct coordination and consultation with clients and principals
Coordination with authorities, offices and approval bodies as well as accompanying the relevant procedures
Leading interdisciplinary coordination between architecture, structural engineering, building services and other specialist planning
Management of digital planning with ArchiCAD 3D and BIM
Responsibility for cost estimation, budget control, project controlling and post-calculation
Assessment of project variants, economic efficiency and technical solution approaches
Accompanying tendering, awarding, execution, acceptance and project completion
Qualifications:
Degree in Architecture ETH/FH, Civil Engineering FH or comparable higher education, e.g. HF
Several years of professional experience in Switzerland in project management of demanding building construction projects
Solid planning experience across SIA phases 21-53
Very good knowledge of ArchiCAD 3D and BIM, ideally ArchiCAD 26 or newer
Experience in cost management, project controlling and economic project management
Sound knowledge of Swiss construction processes, SIA standards and approval procedures
Very good German language skills spoken and written
