For our client, an established industrial trading company, we are looking for a committed Customer Advisor in Internal Sales who supports and inspires our customers in Western Switzerland in German and French.
Responsibilities:
Telephone and written advice to customers in German and French
Quotation preparation, order processing and follow-up
Technical and commercial support of customers
Collaboration with field sales, logistics and purchasing
Maintenance of customer and product data in the ERP system
Support of existing and new customers in the Western Switzerland region
Qualifications:
Commercial training or comparable qualification
Experience in internal sales or customer service, ideally in an industrial environment
Very good German and French skills, spoken and written
Technical understanding and enjoyment of customer contact
