Controller (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 120,000Our client is an established Swiss industrial company with an international focus. The emphasis is on modern technologies, high quality standards, and the continuous development of products and processes.
Role:
You are looking for a versatile controlling role in which you work closely with production, engineering, and development. In this role, you take responsibility for analyses that create transparency and initiate improvements. You make an important contribution to corporate development and have the opportunity to apply your skills and experience. With your analyses, you support decision-making and advocate for continuous improvements. You are an important part of the team and can use your skills as a production controller to achieve sustainable success together with others.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you analyse production performance, productivity, efficiency, and cost structures
As a production controller, you manage costs, inventories, and production variances
You are responsible for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and investment calculations in production and development
In this function, you prepare management reports, key figures, and dashboards to transparently present performance, opportunities, and risks
You support production, engineering as well as research & development in financial decisions and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
You have a business or technical basic education with further training in business administration or controlling
You bring several years of professional experience in controlling or in auditing with a focus on industrial companies
You have a high IT affinity and sound knowledge, ideally in SAP S/4, Power BI, and MS Office
You speak very good German and English
