Salary - CHF100,000 - 105,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for a creative and experienced Architect for Design & Project Planning for diverse new build and renovation projects in residential, commercial and public building construction. You will accompany projects from the preliminary study and concept development through design and project planning to execution and significantly shape their architectural quality. In addition to project work, you will contribute your own design impulses and actively participate in the further development of the design department.
Responsibilities:
Development of architectural concepts and designs for new build and renovation projects
Handling projects in residential, commercial and public building construction
Conducting preliminary studies, feasibility studies and variant analyses
Development and further processing of projects through the relevant SIA service phases
Preparation of design, project planning, approval and execution documents
Development of sophisticated colour, material and design concepts
Preparation of architectural presentations, visualisations and decision-making bases
Independent coordination of own studies and construction projects
Collaboration with clients, specialist planners, authorities and other project partners
Ensuring design quality from concept to construction implementation
Use of ArchiCAD for digital project and plan processing
Active participation in the professional and methodological development of the design department
Qualifications:
Completed studies as Architect ETH/FH or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in design, project planning and ideally execution planning
Confident architectural understanding from preliminary study to realisation
Strong competence in concept, design, materialisation and detailing
Very good knowledge of ArchiCAD
Confident handling of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
Independent, proactive and conceptually strong working style
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
