What is my role?

Team & Site Coordination

• You independently manage your projects, coordinate the installation team and ensure a smooth project process through regular site visits and meetings

Planning & Project Control

• You review execution plans and specifications, coordinate the technical processes and always keep an eye on costs, deadlines and quality

Material Ordering & Commissioning

• You organise material orders, coordinate collaboration with other trades and accompany your projects until successful commissioning and handover

What do I need to be successful?

Training

• Basic training as a heating planner or heating installer

Experience

• Experience in planning and execution of heating and cooling systems as well as ideally in project management

Digital

• Confident in handling common IT and industry-specific planning software

Communication

• Organisational talent with technical understanding, initiative and an open ear for customers and team
