Your area of responsibility

• As a member of a committed and innovative team, you process and coordinate enquiries from social and supplementary insurances (VVG) regarding outpatient and inpatient cases
• In close cooperation with the medical management, you prepare medical statements on cost approvals, medications, emergency service deployments, therapies and other service reviews
• Through your hospital-wide networked collaboration, you contribute significantly to an efficient and timely response to insurer enquiries

Your experience

• This versatile area of responsibility is aimed particularly at professionals from nursing, health insurance, medical secretariat, pharmacy or paramedicine
• You have sound knowledge of medical terminology and are proficient in the use of modern IT applications. Knowledge of Swiss KVG service review and experience in the health insurance environment are advantageous
• Your working style is characterised by accuracy, independence and efficiency. In addition, you impress with a quick grasp and confident written expression
• As a resilient, team-oriented personality, you appreciate varied tasks and demanding administrative activities in a dynamic hospital environment
