YOUR TASKS
- Administrative processing of patient registrations according to the respective valid regulations and guidelines
- Planning of the operation/intervention appointment, as well as the required bed space
- Coordination and accommodation of inpatient emergency patients
- Processing of reports and medical documents
- Ensuring the flow of information with upstream and downstream departments
- Contact with our attending physicians, medical practices, patients as well as internal and other external parties
YOUR PROFILE
- Basic medical training related to surgery / nursing, as well as basic knowledge in insurance (OKP, VVG, UVG)
- Professional experience in the medical or medical-technical field (nursing/OPS/medical practice) as well as experience in administration
- Organisational talent even under difficult conditions as well as precise, independent and efficient working style even under time pressure
- High service orientation, communication skills and assertiveness as well as very good IT user skills
- You enjoy working in a team and see yourself as a team player
