Mandate Manager: Trust and Accounting 80-100% (m/f/d) - rocking instead of filing, welcome to the digital trust world...
You take responsibility for your own client portfolio with mandates from a wide range of industries - from owner-managed SMEs to wealthy private individuals. Your everyday work remains varied, your task meaningful:
- Comprehensive mandate management with direct customer contact
- Management of financial, debtor and creditor accounting
- Preparation of annual financial statements (OR) as well as tax returns for natural and legal persons
- Routine handling of payroll accounting and social insurances
- Consultation on equal footing: You are the first point of contact for business or tax-related questions
- Shaping internal processes: Your ideas for increasing efficiency are welcome - and will also be implemented
Your profile: Professionally confident, personally convincing
Our client is not looking for mere number crunchers but advisory-strong personalities who think along, think ahead and want to help shape. Ideally, you bring the following qualifications:
- Commercial basic training with a further education in the trust sector (e.g. trust specialist certificate or equivalent)
- Several years of professional experience in the trust sector or a similar environment
- Independent, structured and precise way of working
- Enjoyment of direct customer advice as well as empathetic, trust-building communication
- Very good German skills, English skills an advantage
- Experienced handling of MS365, modern ERP systems and digital accounting platforms
